What you will be doing:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers
• Signing up new customers
• Selling products to customers in store
• Handling customer enquiries to include face to face, on the telephone and via email
• Consulting with customers on self-storage needs and availability
• Entering customer information on the database
• Dealing with debt management of customer accounts
• Working as a team to achieve store targets
• General housekeeping and maintenance of the store

Ideal Candidate:

You will have experience within a face to face customer service environment with experience of selling products. You will be confident when dealing with customers and have excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.

Salary:

In this location a Sales Assistant can expect a basic salary of £14,150 - £15,000 per annum and On-Target-Earnings taking you up to £18,750 per annum.
