Job description
Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Communications Officer - Flight Operations to join their team.
The successful candidate will be based in our new Head Office in Airside Business Park in Swords. Working as part of our Flight Operations department the Safety & Security Officer will be responsible for producing content for Ryanair Safety TV other Flight Operations publications that are shared across the Ryanair network. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain experience in Europes leading airline.
Duties will include:
· Development and maintenance of Ryanair Safety TV.
· Administration of Safety & Security Office communications and publications.
· Administration of internal and external safety & security reports/queries.
· Administration of Ryanair’s Corporate Review Processes [including Local Air Safety Groups (LASG), Flight Safety Forum (FSF), Safety Action Group (SAG) and Board Safety Committee].
· Maintenance of the Ryanair Safety Management System Manual and Security Programme.
· Conduct of Safety Audits and Surveys.
Desired profile
Requirements
· Line experience (Flight Ops, In-flight, Engineering, Ground Ops) desirable.
· Excellent PC skills essential.
· Experience in creation of digital content for web, email and social media desirable.
· Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Outgoing, innovative individual with the ability to assess data and create reports.
· Highly motivated individual with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment.
