The Role
Ryanair, Europe’s favourite airline, carried over 106m passengers in the last year and we are currently looking to recruit graduates for our new graduate trainee programme at our International HQ in Swords, Co, Dublin. On the Ryanair Graduate programme you will be given the opportunity to work within key functions across our business, including; Commercial, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, HR, Ground Ops, Flight Ops and IT.

The Programme

Your role could see you tackle a wide range of business challenges and you will spend six months in four legal business areas over a two year period.
Areas you could be working in:
Legal
· Legal and Regulatory affairs
· Working with external lawyers
· EU Affairs
· Litigation
· Commercial Law
· Working closely with the customer service legal team
· Engaging with relevant authorities, ie EU, airports etc

What you need to get in
You will need to be on track to achieve a minimum of 2.1 and have excelled in your degree course. We want inspirational graduates who have a story to tell and who have strong outside interests. Cultural fit at Ryanair is just as important as academics.

Interview – Candidates who have passed the initial screening process will be invited to take part in a recorded video interview where we will ask you a series of questions about your application and background. If you pass this stage you will be invited to HQ where you will be given a company presentation, introduced to management and take part in a 1st round face to face interview. At this stage we are looking for you to clearly demonstrate the skills that we are looking for and convince us why Ryanair is the right career choice for you. Interviews will take place after University final exams.
Final interview – We will invite successful candidates back in to do a presentation on a chosen business subject related to our business.
