Ryanair, Europe’s largest low fares airline is looking for a CRM Executive to join the CRM and Digital Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Europe’s biggest airlines in a fast paced and challenging environment.

The Role

Ryanair is looking for a CRM Executive to join our Digital experience team for a permanent position based in our Swords HQ.

You will be required to:

·  Work with key stakeholders across the marketing department to design campaigns that retain, upsell, win back and drive loyalty amongst our customer base.
·  Set up the target audience for these campaigns.
·  Build HTML email templates.
·  Brief our copy writers and design teams for content.
·  Get sign off from key stakeholders.
·  Become a super user of Adobe Campaign marketing automation software as well as a basic user of the Adobe marketing cloud.
·  Track and report on the performance of campaigns.
·  A/B test targeting, copy and creative concepts and use the results to improve the performance of campaigns.
·  Track competitor performance and report on it.

Requirements

Y our background:

The ideal candidate will have a business or digital marketing degree and / or 1 -2 year’s relevant experience in an email marketing, CRM or digital marketing roles. A second European language is an advantage.
