Stansted Aircraft Maintenance Services are currently recruiting for a Aircraft Appearance Assistant.

Based in London, Stansted Airport, you will be working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair, Europe's number one low fares airline. The Role:

·  Scheduled base visits across Ryanair network to audit standards and compliance of third party contractors and employees. Organize regular meetings to discuss and solve any issues arising.
·  Prepare and distribute reports on key performance indicators.
·  Work with third party contractors and trimmers to ensure compliance with Ryanair’s standards and procedures
·  Assist with management of day to day issues
·  Assist to streamline procedures to assure continued efficiency and standards
·  To give guidance to all trim staff and third party contractors on the duty of care and best practices
·  Provide training to third party contractors and trimmers across the network
·  Assist to manage rosters, organize and plan human resources across the network to ensure maximum output is achieved by the Trim Department
·  Assist to ensure the highest standards of discipline, attendance and efficiencies are maintained by the trim department.
·  Monitoring our stock levels of interior parts required by Ryanair’s trim department
·  Assisting in controlling costs
·  Assist with Aircraft Appearance Department to develop existing and new procedures to enhance the standard of cabin trim.
·  Assist to develop lean process for repetitive work carried out within the Hangar and Appearance Department
·  Ensure oversight and control of third party contractors within Ryanair Hangar 10
·  Assist to ensure compliance of company’s policies and procedures within hangar 10
·  Maintain Hangar checks and updating of records – Liaising with service companies to ensure all servicing is completed when required
·  Assist to control and have oversight of the Interior composite repair facility at hangar 10.
·  Liaise with managers from different departments as required
·  Accomplish other such duties as may be reasonably directed by management.
