Graduate Corporate Foreign Exchange Broker, The City

My client is an FCA authorised currency brokerage based in the City of London. Due to their high class service, experience and competitive rates they are going from strength to strength and seeing huge growth. They have have an existing team of positive brokers and are now looking to recruit highly motivated individuals looking to harness their business acumen in a highly competitive industry in order to fulfil their true earning potential.

The ideal Broker should have the following attributes:

Absolute hunter, loves the thrill of new business
Relentless in your approach
Ideally a graduate with at least 6 months sales experience
Desire to consistently smash sales targets
Hunger to earn money
Be extremely motivated to be the best
Thrive under pressure
Good communication skills including a professional telephone manner
Have a positive and proactive approach to business

As a Corporate FX Broker you will be required to:

Source and bring on-board new business
Manage existing client accounts
Exceed expectations and targets on a consistent basis
Attend trade shows and regular client meetings
Maintain and upkeep database records
Maintain marketplace/trade knowledge and originate deals/leads

Educated to degree level would be preferable but not essential but you must have a strong desire to work in sales. You will need to have the hunger and motivation to succeed, be adept to communicating well over the telephone as well as face to face in a confident and professional manner. You will have experience in sales and preferably come from a financial sales/services background.
