Recruitment - The Company:

Our client is a major player in Financial recruitment. Since their inception 10 years ago, they have grown exceptionally quickly employing close to 300 staff across numerous global offices including London, Manchester, Dubai, Hong Kong, New York, and San Francisco. They are looking to continue their aggressive expansion and are aiming to hire extensively over the next 5 years.

This is a very exciting opportunity for people to join a firm with great profile who are building something exceptional. Excellent candidates can expect to achieve high earnings with the company’s highest biller (25 years old) earning in excess of £300,000 per year!! Recruitment - The Role:

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for building a desk in your specific niche market which. You will need to be self motivated and able to manage your own time as it will be up to you to find clients and candidates. In order to get up and running as quickly as possible, you will be put through a training academy.

A typical day will consist of;

• Cold calling to win new business
• Writing adverts
• Screening CV’s
• Interviewing candidates
• Negotiating terms of business
• Maintaining successful client relationships
• Hitting targets / earning commission and celebrating your success each month!

Recruitment - The Candidate:

You will be well educated, ideally to degree level and have B2B sales experience (6 months +). It is imperative you are confident, competitive, articulate and gregarious, demonstrated through activities such as sports, drama, work experience etc. We are looking for candidates who have given some serious thought to their career and have researched the recruitment market.

Most of all, you must be prepared to work hard and play hard!
