Graduate Channel Sales Execs

Channel Development Executive
- To strengthen the Education Team, lapsed and new channel partners driving new business and disrupting competitor sales.
- To support high quality education end user and reseller demonstrations.
Key responsibilities:
To increase Education Sales, increasing market share and working to education product targets.
- To manage an opportunity pipeline that is 3 times your incremental revenue target, working with the account list to support both channel and end user strategy to win deals.
- To engage with new, existing and lapsed channel partners to disrupt competitor sales and increase sales.
- Update and maintain account information within existing and new systems being responsible for data management for the account set.
- Maintain outstanding relationships across all internal and external teams.
- Ensure resellers fully comply with Terms and Conditions, including payment terms - all commercial matters.
- Produce forecasting and progress reports to a high standard and on time.
- Manage time efficiently using Microsoft Outlook as a reporting tool ensuring a minimum threshold of appointments is met each week.
- Attend 1-1 meetings on a regular basis to review key results, job standards and self-development

Qualifications, experience and expertise:
Essential
- Qualified to degree standard.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to demonstrate hardware and software to a high standard responding to cues during the demonstration rather than working to a set format.
- An interest in the AV product portfolio including interactive technologies.
- Strong commercial/ sales skills.
- Understanding of the UK education market.
- A strong desire to succeed in a highly competitive environment.
- The ability to execute against strategic goals, and to act upon their own initiative.
- Detailed record keeping and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to think laterally and identify business development opportunities.
- Acceptance that the role involves a significant amount of travel which will require some overnight stays away from home and travel outside of working hours
Desirable
- Previous work experience.
- An understanding of the challenges currently faced within education and the sales opportunity that this provides for the company
- Knowledge or experience direct from Education.

Each of the team members will cover a number of reseller accounts as well as supporting a large number of end user and reseller demonstrations. The ability to lift and move the product is essential requirement of this role as well as having a full driving licence. Demonstration capability will be key to the role as well as developing excellent relationships with new and existing channel partners.
It is proposed that the new team members should be recruited from the graduate community with previous sales experience and initial interviews will be conducted via Skype for Business and then for successful applicants, a single interview day at Bagshot and Leeds in September
£20,000-£25,000 basic salary depending on experience
£3,000-£5,000 annual commission depending on experience
