An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a leading provider of HR solutions that connects talented individuals with top companies globally, offering industry insights and training. We are looking for a Junior Digital Business Analyst - Digital Career Program to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze business processes across multiple departments
• Support the implementation of digital solutions within existing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Logistics, R&D)
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
• Participate in digital transformation projects with international exposure
• Attend structured training sessions (business + digital + soft skills)
• Work with a dedicated mentor throughout the program
• Contribute to real business projects after the initial training period

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain, or similar
• Advanced English (C1 level or higher)
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in business processes
• Openness to working in a digital environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in digital transformation and business analysis
• Technical exposure is a plus
• Interest or exposure in HR, Logistics, Manufacturing, or R&D environments
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Excel, or reporting tools

Desired profile
