We are a small team of boss babes, who all work extremely closely together… and we are looking for you to come and join us as we grow! We would love to speak to you if you are interested in learning about e-commerce, retail, and fashion or if you are obsessed with diamonds like we are.

Role Description
You will be based in our head office in Ladbroke Grove and will support all aspects of this fast-growing start-up. The role will include:
¥ Keeping the website looking spick’n’span - including uploading new products, updating pricing and stock availability, keeping all images neat and tidy and general website lovin’
¥ Fulfilling orders via the website and taking all packages to the post office
¥ General admin office-based tasks (these won’t be boring, don’t worry - nothing here is boring!)
¥ Stock taking - keeping on top of stock whereabouts when it is used in shoots or other fun travels our stock goes on!
¥ Supporting press and marketing activities
¥ Research for strategy and business development projects
¥ Ad-hoc shifts at our concession in Selfridges are also available – another way to get to know the RF brand

Desired profile

¥ You will LOVE fine jewellery, and particularly love the contemporary vision of Roxanne First Fine Jewellery
¥ Ideally you will have some retail experience, but this is not essential
¥ You will be confident, outgoing and well presented
¥ You will be looking to develop your career in the fashion world, you may even be studying fashion or similar
¥ Team player is your language
