Fantastic Business Psychology Internship
Internship Greater London Accounting / Management control
Job description
We are a leading organisation development consultancy working predominantly with the NHS. Our 12-month internship offers an excellent introduction to the world of organisation development for a graduate with real potential.
While providing administrative support to our Managing Director, you will gain insight into all aspects of a busy OD consultancy. You will have the chance to be involved in a variety of projects – working with Executive Teams as well as conducting recruitment assessments for clients and helping to prepare workshop materials and briefing papers on key topics. You will act as the first point of contact for the office, dealing with client enquiries, and providing excellent customer service at all times.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in Organisation Development, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, good numeracy, and a willingness to learn. Advanced Excel skills and experience of working in a busy office environment would be desirable.
If you’re looking to build your career opportunities with a stimulating and team-spirited consultancy with a passion for excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
Please email your CV with a covering letter detailing why you are interested in applying for this opportunity, the qualities you’d bring to our organisation, along with your relevant experience - particularly in the areas of: Business Psychology and Project Management. Please note that applications without a covering letter will not be considered. Deadline for submission of application is 18th July 2014.
You will need to evidence in your covering letter how you meet the essential criteria for the post in order to be invited to interview and explain why you stand out as the person to join our team. We will only accept applications from those already eligible to live and work in the UK, and regret that only successful applicants will be contacted.
Selection Process
We want to make sure we find the right person, as there is the opportunity for a full-time role in the future, so expect a fairly demanding selection process. If your written application meets our criteria we will arrange a 20 minute telephone interview; we want to know how well you come across on the phone. It also gives you the chance to find out if we are right for you.
If you are successful in getting through to the next stage, you will be invited to complete an on-line assessment process, including a verbal critical reasoning test and a personality questionnaire.
Those successful in reaching the final stage will be invited for a full-day group assessment on Tuesday 12th August. This group assessment will include a group exercise, written assessments and a 1:1 interview.
We will notify the successful candidate within 3 working days.
