Das Roland Berger Gap Year ist unser Programm für Bachelor-Absolventen, die vor Beginn ihres Masterstudiums noch unterschiedliche Erfahrungen sammeln wollen.

Das Gap Year dauert etwa neun Monate und besteht aus drei Modulen:

·  Praktikum bei Roland Berger im Inland
·  Praktikum bei Roland Berger im Ausland
·  Praxiseinsatz in einem kooperierenden Start-up

Wenn Du uns während des Gap Years überzeugst machen wir Dir am Programmende ein unverbindliches Vertragsangebot für den Festeinstieg nach dem Masterstudium.

Die Eckdaten:

·  Bewerbungsdeadline: 3. April 2016
·  Start: 10. Oktober 2016 (Ende nach ca. 9 Monaten)

The Roland Berger Gap Year offers the perfect chance to combine three great opportunities in one program:

Working in consulting, in a startup company and experiencing a new culture by working abroad. During the 9-month program you take advantage of gaining detailed insights in the field of consulting, you get regular trainings, involvement in social events and the support from a mentor.

The program starts on October 10th 2016.

After finishing all three modules, excellent candidates receive an unconditional job offer as Junior Consultant after finishing their Master studies.

We accept applications until April 3rd, 2016. Please note that you need to be fluent in German and English.
