The Position

Role Purpose

You ensure manage and assist the organization in creating good workplace experience for employees through maintaining the facilities and security in accordance to Roche requirement and local legal guidelines.

What you do

• Appointed Deputy Site Security Officer

• Manage implementation and compliance of workplace facilities & security according to Roche and local requirements.

• Ensure all office-facilities relates license/permits are maintained

• Ensure upkeep of employees’ experience and security through preventive maintenance and timely reporting of incidents, repair and communication.

• Recommend relevant Security and facilities improvement works for the workplace.

• Work with line manager to identify CAPEX and yearly budget for facilities and security related works

• Support lease renewal process and applicable office renovation works

• Provide support to line manager in Business Continuity Management

• Manage and Facilities/Security point of contact for employee and contractors

• Provide support in creation of facility/security related Policies and SOPs

• Together with SHE executive, manage First Aiders and Fire Wardens

• Collect and report annual key figure reports

• Manage and maintain Facilities G-Site and data

Who you are

• At least 2 years of experience working in facility management

• Possess at least Diploma related to facility management or engineering

• You are a self-starter who is detail-oriented and passionate 

• Able to work weekends for non-routine maintenance and annual maintenance work.

• Knowledge in Fire safety will be advantageous

• Comfortable working within a fast-changing environment, ability to multi-task and cope with ambiguity

• Working in the office at least 70% of the time
