About the position
As an ERP Consultant / ERP Business Analyst - EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) your main focus will be on SAP EHS and product compliance software solutions (PS&C). You’ll partner with colleagues from Q&R, Master Data & Product Lifecycle Management teams and be part of a multi-year program which aims at defining and developing the functional ERP roadmaps in order to simplify, standardize and automate business processes and systems, by leveraging SAP’s (S/4 transformation), industry’s and available Roche’s best practices.
Your key responsibilities:
Work in close partnership with the business, acting as a consultant, to understand their process requirements and translate them into system designs and ERP functional solutions in SAP S/4 HANA.
Define, design, build, test and oversee the implementation of the end to end SAP functional solutions including systems, interfaces and platforms changes.
Collaborate with working teams to ensure continuous product increment for the business and keep IT alignment among different ARTs (Agile Release Trains) and project teams.
Ensures that Roche IT standards are applied and adhered to IT standards (including security, privacy, quality and process) and compliance with requirements of regulatory bodies.

Your qualifications and experience:
Experience with multinational enterprise environments, working with multicultural global teams, delivering ERP solutions through project implementations.
Excellent application knowledge in SAP EHS/ PS&C, profound understanding of SAP material master
Broad experience in area of EHS processes and corresponding regulatory context
Experience in working in a regulated environment and with Computer System Validation
Able to lead/execute change
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.
Demonstrate ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy and able to explain complex concepts with clarity and simplicity.
SAP Development (i.e. ABAP, Fiori, etc.) knowledge is a big plus
Experience in the pharmaceutical / diagnostics industry and SAP S/4 is a big plus
