Develop PK/PD modeling strategies to improve human dose prediction for cancer immunotherapy based on in vitro and in vivo data

·
Develop novel in vitro methods to investigate drug-induced immune cell activation driving the anti-cancer effect

·
Refine in vitro/in vivo prediction methods for efficacy and safety

·
