Sales Executive - Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Graduate Recruitment Consultant

£18,000 basic - 1st Year £45,000+, 2nd Year £50,000-£70,000, 3rd Year £100,000+ - Uncapped Commission Scheme

Roc Search Ltd is a leading ICT and Engineering recruitment consultancy. We are rapidly expanding and in the last 8 years we have moved from a small office in Reading town centre to our new Head Office at The Blade only a two minute walk from Reading train station and 4 new offices located in Reading, London, Cornwall, Germany and the beginning of 2015 was start of our US venture, we opened an office in Austin, TX.

We currently have the opportunity for an ambitious individual to take their first step into the recruitment industry as a trainee recruitment consultant. No experience is necessary however we are looking for ambitious, driven, and motivated individuals. You will be placed on our 1 week's intensive training course and given a spot in our vibrant office in The Blade, Reading. Reading was the second office ever opened by Roc Search and has gone from strength to strength with over 65 sales staff smashing targets and breaking Roc records. Of the back of our success we are moving to a brand new office that holds 150 people!

Key responsibilities will include:

* Cold calling businesses in the IT and Engineering sector to explore their recruitment needs.

* Resourcing candidates via a number of different methods to fill these roles.

* Upselling your candidates to your existing client base and arranging interviews/meetings between the two.

* Learning from the best consultants in the business enabling you to progress in your own career.

At Roc-Search we can offer you:

* Starting basic salary between £18,000 with an uncapped commission scheme. Year 1 £45,000 OTE, Year 2 £60,000+ OTE, Year 3 £120,000+ OTE

* On-going support from our 3 Internal Trainers and our management team.

* Monthly Incentives including Car Allowance, Breakfast and Lunch Clubs. Some of the recent Lunch Club venue's have been, The Savoy, Gaucho Grill and the Crazy Bear

* Holiday Targets every 6 months this year we have 14 consultants heading off to Cancun for spring break in March 2015 and we are currently working towards our summer target which is IBIZA.
