Job description
x2 PART TIME ROLES 15 hour contracts each
As a Sales Assistant you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Optimise all sales opportunities
- Assist with the effective implementation of all Robert Dyas systems, procedures, policies and regulations.
- Deal with telephone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Assist in ensuring that stock displays are well presented with the appropriate quantity of stick, replenishing from the stockroom as necessary.
- Tidy and clean stock displays, including fixtures.
- Assist with the effective implementation of promotions, including point of sale material and stock displays.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience within Retail
- Enthusiasm for the Robert Dyas brand and the ability to become an ambassador for the brand & inspire others within the team to deliver the same.
- Experience within a multi-tasking environment
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong Communication skills
