Your role

Our 24-month trainee program offers you practical preparation for a future position in the Purchasing Department of the RKW Group. You will experience a number of placements at sites both in Germany and abroad, and get a comprehensive overview of the functions of the Corporate Purchasing Team and local purchasing activities at our sites. You will participate in negotiations with national and international suppliers, organize tenders and take some responsibility for investment projects. By working with local teams and participating in challenging projects, you will learn the diverse facets of an internationally-active company.

Your profile

Your Trainee Program at RKW will be successful if you:

• Have completed a degree in industrial engineering or economics,
• Have good technical affinity,
• Have already gathered practical experience in the form of industrial internships,
• Are motivated by demanding and diversified challenges in an international, midsized company,
• Have the necessary hands-on mentality,
• Have a good command of English and another foreign language,
• Are interested in contributing to the success of our company with your inquiring mind, your ideas and your personality.
