A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a forward-thinking, progressive top Legal 500 multi service law firm based in Mansfield, whom are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their Wills and Probate department. You will have the skills and experiences of handling a varied case load of Private Client matters including preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. My client is looking to appoint a Wills and Probate Solicitor with a minimum 3 years PQE. The successful candidate will have experience dealing ideally with high value clients, whilst also having an extensive amount of knowledge handling Wills and Probate matters . This is an outstanding opportunity for a Solicitor to further their career with Wills and Probate through the means of an excellent law practice that prides itself in providing a supportive working environment with excellent prospect
for career progression.

Required Skills & Experience/ Responsibilities:

• Qualified Solicitor
• Degree and LPC
• 3 years PQE
• Experience dealing with a variety of Private Client matters
• Develop, build and maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries alike
• Supporting and assisting other team Partners with the development of the teams Associate
• Providing excellent service with confidence to clients
• Excellent IT and keyboard skills
• Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation
• Good working knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules

Salary range (DOE): £25,000 - £30,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (full time)
