Job description

You will join our Marketing team responsible for raising Rituals brand awareness in the UK/IE market. This is a fantastic opportunity for any recent graduate looking to develop a career in marketing who is interested in beauty/cosmetics.

Tasks you can expect to learn about and be responsible for include:
• Assisting in the organisation of marketing events and activities e.g. product launches, store openings, and promotions.
• Assisting in the creation and delivery of Point of Sale material for Stand Alone Store (SAS) Marketing
• Assisting with SAS Marketing requests
• Assisting in promotion and communication materials proof reading
• Assisting in PR requests & call outs
• Online support: blogger research, liaison and send outs, online reporting and assisting with the management of the affiliate program
• Perform competitor market analysis and make recommendations to improve campaigns
• Regular marketing inventory checks
• General brand team support

Desired profile

• Educated to degree level.
• Good ability level with Excel and Powerpoint
• A “get-it-done” proactive individual looking to develop their experience and knowledge of marketing and branding.
• Someone with good ideas, common sense, extremely organised with a strong interest for beauty.
• A self-starter mentality but equally strong team player
• An impeccable attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Previous marketing or beauty experience is advantageous.
• Confident and self-motivated with a positive mind-set.
• An inquiring mind and quick to learn.
