The Role
1. Purpose:
The HR Administrator will provide full generalist remit support to the HR team, gaining exposure on an international level, getting involved in both people related activities and project work.
2. Business Impact:
Ensures quick and seamless administration of the employee journey by taking care of contract administration and overall support tasks within the HR team. Surprises with more efficient administration wow.
3. Interaction:
Provides support to the Head of HR and HR Advisor. Working closely with the global HR teams.
4. Result Areas:
Administration
* Be the first point of contact for general HR related queries
* Draft and send all offer letter and contracts via Doc-u-Sign.
* On board all new starters onto the payroll system and ensure correct documentation is provided
* Draft letters to colleagues to advise of contractual changes and promotions
* Complete employment references when requested
* Be responsible for managing maternity and paternity leave
* Be responsible for employee on-boarding
* Own the employee 100 days journey
Projects
* Collate all data required for local and global projects
* Take lead on at least one project per year
Recruitment
* Create Position Approval Forms and submit to Amsterdam for approval
* Post vacancies on the Rituals job board and manage the candidate journey
* Coordinate interviews with the relevant hiring manager
* Working with Retail, ensure store staffing levels are fit for purpose
Payroll
* Work with our payroll partner, ADP, to accurately manage the UK and Ireland payroll
* Collate and input all payroll information such as starters, leavers, adjustments to employment contracts, absence and maternity / paternity
Desired profile
Background:
* Previous experience in HR
* High proficiency of systems on both HR systems and MS Office
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
* Works well in a fast paced environment and can manage a variety of tasks
* Good knowledge of UK employment legislation
Education level:
* HR Graduate - ideally CIPD qualified but not essential
