Your mission

As Visual Merchandising Intern you will operatively support the Visual Merchandising department in all activities related to the development of central tools. You will ensure the correct implementation by managing the setup aligned with the commercial and Visual guidelines of the Brand across the worldwide Panerai network (including internal and external boutiques), as well as for wholesalers/dealers, hotels, and local events. The role is based in Milan.

How will you make an impact?

As Visual Merchandising Intern, you will support the Senior Visual Merchandiser by:

  • Creating 3D VM visualizations with Rhinoceros.
  • Supporting the development of VM corporate seasonal guidelines.
  • Guaranteeing Brand Image consistency worldwide, according to the guidelines issued by HQ centrally, to optimize spaces and to emphasize products.
  • Developing Visual Merchandising renderings.
  • Developing images and merchandising tools for Retail and Wholesale (for key Animations and Institutional set up in point of sales).
  • Creating Visual Merchandising Guidelines.

How will you experience success?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Communication, or Fashion.
  • Opportunity to activate a curricular internship in partnership with a university or master's program.
  • Highly organized, accurate, and precise, with a strong results-oriented and service-focused approach.
  • Strong sensitivity to visual aesthetics, refined taste, and creativity.
  • Demonstrated interest in luxury brands and design.
  • Flexible and dynamic, with the ability to interact effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English; French proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and advanced proficiency in design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Cinema 4D, and Rhino.
