KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Help draft and support 360 communication programs

·  Support the Regional Media, National and Performance Media and Digital Content teams on social and traditional channels for North America to drive client engagement and conversions
·  Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, vendors for project advancement, follow-up, and on-schedule delivery

Special Transversal Projects

·  Participate in taskforces and link with departments across the company to develop new approaches, tackle issues and propose best strategies
·  Partner with Management Team to provide relevant updates to key stakeholders
·  Responsible for the Presentation design of the MAP optimizing the delivery and layout of large amounts of data in a concise wa

Manage Project Timeline and Budgets

·  Project manage timelines, programming and budget scenarios
·  Consolidation/monitoring in partnership with each department involved (COMM, CRM, VM, etc.)
·  Track and share vendor invoices with relevant team

Ecommerce transformation

·  Liaise with E-commerce, Brand Content and Marketing teams locally and in HQ to coordinate and deploy new editorial content, product photography and structural organization to enhance online customer journey and drive conversions

 

2. BRAND IDENTITY GUARDIAN

Brand codes and identity guidelines

·  Main point of contact to collect and distribute Brand Identity guidelines internally and to external agencies - Key liaison between Communications, Marketing, VM, CRM, Press/Events and E-Commerce teams
·  Gather and update essential resources like logos, fonts, colors, style guides and visual guidelines
·  Collaborate on new guideline creations with HQ Teams and provide feedback on existing ones

Build templates and format documents

·  Provide PowerPoint templates and layout guidance across MarComm departments
·  Create and design high-level strategic presentations for all business functions including c-suite executives and leadership

Day-to-Day Contact with Outside Partners and Internal Stakeholders

·  Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, vendors for project advancement, follow-up, and on-schedule delivery
·  Partner with Management Team to provide relevant updates to

 

3. TRANSVERSAL PRODUCER / DESIGNER

 

Support National and Regional Media Teams with Special Advertising Requests

·  Adapt and design advertisements for special format placements following campaign guidelines, craft production-ready files for print, OOH and display unit layouts
·  Mock-up realistic in-situ visuals

Support eCRM Team with Email Designs

·  Build templates and format emailing in partnership with eCRM and content teams

E vent Coverage Strategy and content production

·  Integrated to the Content Team, craft events coverage strategies from the storyboard to the execution, plan and produce the content
·  Help identify relevant creative partners under budget limits
·  On-site lead for content capture with creative suppliers and in collaboration with events team

Photoshoots

·  Ensure that the Maison’s codes and guidelines are respected during photoshop with external creative agencies and media partners
·  Liaise with HQ and Brand Content teams to assists with strategy, creative concept and direction

Talent

·  Grow the creative partner’s portfolio – keep an eye open for new talents that could be relevant for the brand

 

QUALIFICATIONS

·  Master’s Degree in Business Economics or similar
·  Previous experience in luxury and digital advertising or project management 
·  Excellent written/verbal English language skills along with strong interpersonal and communications skills
·  Online copywriting or copy-editing expertise
·  Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
·  Experience working with CMS tools
·  Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
·  Expert Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
·  Experience working with a PC and Windows 7 OS
·  Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
·  Positive team player and self-starter
·  Creative thinker with a strong work ethic

MAIN PURPOSE

Reporting to the CRM specialist within the Client department, the CRM assistant will contribute to implement HQ guidelines into a detailed zone Client Animation plan to support client acquisition, upselling and retention.

He/she will enrich the CRM Maison program by developing, planning and implementation of local CRM campaigns to deliver high levels of engagement, help understand customer’s needs, improve CRM performance and drive commercial value in an omnichannel approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Loyalty programs and clienteling

·  Contribute to plan and implement strategic CRM projects: loyalty program for retail and European relations center, product opportunity list, prospects programs …
·  Leverage on client and market analysis to follow up on local clienteling objectives and Kpi’s
·  Support in the use of Salesforce (marketing cloud and Service cloud) to implement local tactical campaigns
·  Increase usage rate of the new clienteling app by retail sales associate to ensure retention, satisfaction xa0and conversion
·  Support Boutiques teams in developing a client-oriented mindset, ensuring a proper understanding and constant execution of all clienteling activities

Client data collection

·  Monitor the clients data quality collected in boutiques according to KPIs
·  Challenge the boutique teams to improve the quantity and quality of clients data registered
·  Drive and support the usage of ecard app in boutiques, suggest improvements to central team gathering feedback from boutiques users and competitors best practices

CRM tools and gifts Management

·  Define orders quantities with all departments
·  Purchase orders and follow-up deliveries
·  Organization of deliveries to Boutiques and clients during Christmas peak period

CRM Client Treatments

·  Supports CRM specialist by extracting clients list for VIP committees, events, cocktails or specific retail requests
·  Monitors ROI
·  Compiles and shares regular best practices of competitors

Onboarding of Watchmaking partners in CRM strategy

·  Support CRM specialist to spread CRM mindset within watch specialists network to accelerate their retailization.
·  Liaise with watch specialists to exploit the watch specialists client’s data we register in our system in an efficient and collaborative approach.
