Vacheron Constantin – Marketing & Communication Intern

 

How will you make an impact? 

·  You will collate daily press review all PR coverage across press, digital & social media including scanning and clippings
·  You will prepare the weekly coverage report and the monthly Best Of report for HQ as well as daily highlights to share with retail teams
·  You  will cover press office duties such as: press pack coordination, and assist with product and asset requests for photo shoots in an efficient manner
·  You will liaise with all key contacts for the logistics associated with photo shoots, including transport & security
·  You will maintain the carnet of consignments file and the record of photoshoots and respective coverage
·  You will support the Marketing & Communications Manager with the planning and scheduling of local social media campaigns
·  You will prepare reports for internal review and alignment meetings
·  You will  coordinate and attend events, liaising with all partners for event organisation
·  You will coordinate delivery of VM props and assets to our boutique and retailers

·  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
·  Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
·  Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite and SAP is a plus
·  Ideally Educated at a University degree standard
·  Passion and knowledge of the luxury market
