HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

 

Within a team of five, the European Spare Process Management Parts Intern is responsible for the follow-up of European spare parts stock and distribution, in order to guarantee deliveries with high service level (accuracy and lead-time) to repair platforms, boutiques and other partners for 10 of the Group Maisons. 

 

Key responsibilities: 

 

· 
Support the spare parts distribution to EMEIA repair platforms, boutiques and partners 

· 
Elaborate and improve existing KPIs in collaboration with the RLGE, Richemont Subsidiaries, and Maisons 

· 
Ensure an optimized stock management to have the best-in-class stock assortment 

· 
Drive creative initiatives to improve the performance and reduce workload by automation of IT flows, or by improving procedures of physical flows. 

· 
Working closely together with the European Spare Part Coordinators 

· 
Continuous seeking for ways to improve our processes by mapping the tasks and procedures. 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 

 

· 
Strong team player 

· 
Great analytical, forecasting, reporting, Excel and PowerPoint Skills (Knowledge of Six Sigma will be a plus) 

· 
Excellent communication skills at all levels 

· 
Fluent in English and Dutch 

· 
Agile, organized and rigorous 

· 
Customer service oriented 

This is a full-time internship for a duration of 6 months starting in September 2025. Please note that you must be enrolled in a university program for the whole duration of your internship.
