HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
A Chloe Senior Sales Associate is an ambassador of the Maison, in charge of welcoming every guest into the Chloe family and developing its relationship with them.
A highly experienced client advisor, a reliable team player and a strong support to managers.
Key responsibilities:
A Client Relationship owner
· Delivers exceptional Customer Service and takes pride in developing long-term relationships
· Is aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them
· Focuses on developing their portfolio of customers, utilising strategic selling techniques and applying clear client development strategies in order to upgrade high potentials and regain lost and sleeping clients
· Consistently works with appointments to ensure retention of top clients and achieve personal sales targets
· Implements personalised reach-out campaigns and utilises all clienteling tools available to complete CRM tasks within given timeframe
· Consistently captures client data and takes notes of all qualitative information
An omnichannel business partner
· Leads by example and demonstrate role model behaviour to deliver strong business performance and customer service
· Masters all omnichannel services available to grow sales
· Is aware of store and individual sales and KPIS targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them actively completes trainings and participates in all commercial activities set by the SM/HQ
· Maintains excellent level of product knowledge and collections at all times and is able to support new starters and other stylists in the store
· Motivates and helps the team in reaching targets for boutique and individual
· Consistently works to over-achieve given sales, KPIs and CRM targets
· Is aware of local trading environment and competitors’ activities
An operations excellence supporter
· Ensures impeccable store environment, BOH and grooming at any time of the day
· Proactively informs the Store Manager of any structural repair needed in store to ensure a luxurious environment at all time
· Implements all guidelines related to store and BOH management and participates in inventories
· Monitors progress of after sales processes and follows up with clients to ensure impeccable after sales service
· Complies with established Richemont policies and standards
· Supports the management team in specific tasks and areas of the business throughout the day and is the main point of contact for the team during management absence
