HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

 

As a Senior HR Business Partner you will embed an employee centric people strategy by managing day-to-day HR operations that drives operational excellence for the best employee experience and supporting the achievement of business objectives. You will be actively contributing to the growth and development of Richemont regional functions and the Maisons represented in the Benelux & Nordics market. 

 

Key responsibilities : 

 

· 
Act as HR business partner, advising on employee lifecycle matters and ensuring people-focused business decisions. 

· 
Align HR activities (My Performance, Talent & Succession) with business objectives and legal frameworks. 

· 
Drive updates to HR practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and safeguard the business. 

· 
Facilitate recruitment strategy and support key hiring in assigned population. 

· 
Lead talent assessments and management initiatives to build organizational capabilities and develop talent. 

· 
Support, coach, and nurture leaders in driving a learning mindset across teams. 

· 
Guide facilitators and trainers to deliver qualitative training and workshops. 

· 
Manage the Compensation Review process and budget in collaboration with Finance. 

· 
Manage individual and collective litigations, escalating legal cases as needed. 

· 
Secure high-quality HR data and metrics for analysis and reporting. 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

· 
Educational requirements: University degree in relevant field of study. 

· 
Previous HR experience within a similar role  

· 
Language skills: Fluency in English. Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus. 

· 
Functional Skills: 

· 
Excellent working/practical knowledge of Benelux & Nordics employment law and HR practices. 

· 
Matrix-organization savvy 

· 
Proficient coach and mentor 

· 
Excellent project and change management skills 

· 
Comfortable liaising with senior managers on all HR issues
