Job tite: Country Sales Trainer.
Reporting to: Retail Director.
Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Main Purpose
The Sales Trainer is responsible for the implementation of the training plan all year round according to training calendar and directive from HQ and Regional Office.
Key Responsibilities
· Regular training for the Maison employees (Boutiques, Wholesalers, Office staff).
· Product, Selling Techniques & Coacing TRainings in classroom, shopfloor, and virtually.
· Responsible for teams self-learning through management of Learning App MeApp!
· Support in maintenance of MeApp!- translations, onnoarding and off-boarding.
· Induction and Maison history Training for newcomers to the boutiques and office.
· Subject of the training: Product knowlwdge, Sales techniques, Displays and Presentations, CRM, Coaching, Ambassadors, and Digital.
· Setting the training plan and follow up the objectives.
· Budget managemnet of the training activities annually.
DIMENTION
Geographical area under responsibility- KSA (full ownership) and GCC countries (Support).
