KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
❖ Retail Operations (coordinated with Retail team)
• Monitor F&B replenishment, sourcing/quotation request for new items in drinks menu.
• Observe serve ware conditions and initiate replenishment when required.
• Ensure stationery, paper bags, invoice paper and holders are well replenished for daily operations e.g. invoice holder
• Monitor and support boutique team to prepare all documents in SAP to ship service timepieces to CS platform.
• Support Ad Hoc and new projects that are upcoming.
❖ Merchandising
• Facilitate stocks/carnet return process to SG with SAP ie. Generate RODN
• Raise LGSMs
• Liaise with TH LOG team on deliveries schedule and stock movements.
• Coordinate stock rebalancing when required.
• Monitor outstanding deliveries for accessories especially bespoke strap orders
❖ Account Management & Market visit
• Collect feedback on other key luxury brands performance, consumers and competition activities.
• Report back to Commercial Manager with key points and proposed actions if needed.
❖ Marketing & Communications
CRM Events and Client Treatments
• Support, plan and execute monthly CRM events (working closely with CRM Manager) to engage more high-end clients in brand activities, and create unique and personalized touch.
• Prepare and process client event/treatment, including client mailings (catalogue request, welcome pack etc)
• Support the development of affinity partnerships, define the action plan for client prospection with retail support.
• Support customer recruitment strategy.
• Work closely with boutique managers to plan boutique activations to drive foot traffic.
Digital
• Support in the implantation of media/social media/digital strategy in the region
Communication
• Support the local PR plan and close media relations.
• Support organization and implementation of brand events: logistics arrangement, ideas generation, preparation of marketing collaterals etc.
• Assist in post-event reports.
Trade Marketing
• Coordinate delivery and change out of Visual Merchandising themes in boutiques and post-implementation report.
• Assist in administrative duties.
❖ Watches & Wonders & National/Regional fairs
• Assist Commercial Manager in Watches & Wonders preparation.
• Assist Commercial Manager in global events/hospitality/manufacture visits.
REQUIREMENTS:
• University or Business School Graduate
• 1-2 years working experience in a similar role, preferably in premium/luxury goods environment
• Sales and customer focus, with strong motivation to achieve budgeted targets
• Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, and work within tight deadlines
• Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team player; creative and passionate
• Ability to work well at all levels of the organisation (HQ, Regional team & Local team)
• Ability to engage, motivate and convey key brand messages with external stakeholders
• Basic accounting and finance knowledge
• Extensive software skills; SAP usage experience a plus
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and computer skills
