As a Sales Associate at Cartier, you will be an ambassador of the Maison, delivering exceptional client experiences while cultivating long-term relationships with our clients. Through your passion for luxury, storytelling, and service excellence, you will contribute to the boutique’s commercial success and uphold Cartier’s standards at every touchpoint.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience aligned with Cartier standards
Develop strong relationships with local and international clients, ensuring long-term engagement and loyalty
Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall team performance
Actively identify client needs and confidently introduce relevant products and services
Support client development initiatives through follow-ups, appointments, and outreach activities
Maintain strong product knowledge across categories and collections
Ensure boutique presentation and operations reflect Maison standards at all times
Collaborate closely with boutique and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client journey
Represent Cartier with professionalism, elegance, and authenticity
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing environments
Passion for luxury, client experience, and relationship building
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
