HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

The one ultimately plays a key role in aligning people strategies with business objectives. The person in this position is responsible for partnering with functional leaders (especially with Retail manager for boutique staff) to drive talent development and employee engagement. Also support daily businesses which are related to people and talent with HR programs and policies, covering employee life cycles from onboarding to offboarding for Fashion & Accessories maisons within Richemont Group.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Key responsibility 1  Conduct of hiring processes and its management

  

·  Initiate and track recruiting process including getting approval on hiring requests from HQ for new/replacement in office/boutiques in an effective and efficient manner based on approved HC Plan
·  Process and closely work with Talent Acquisition team for full scope of candidate journey to successful onboarding for boutique staff
·  Support and coordinate hiring and onboarding processes for office position 
·  Conduct hiring processes at holistic level from CV screening to remuneration offer communication with finalist and personnel data filing
·  Connect with HQ and relevant group of people accordingly for re-hire process
·  Process and verify pre-employment screening through service provider
·  Communicate with hiring manager for aligning hiring strategy & budget with right candidate, and to support newcomer’s onboarding and onboarding journey taking
·  Follow-up for newcomer induction and probationary review with line manager
·  Produce reports on people demographic data, providing data analysis 

 

Key responsibility 2   Management on C&B process and P-cost simulation

 

·  Support workforce planning process, closely working with maison HQ, Senior HR Manager and FP&A partner
·  Responsible for estimation and update on staff P-cost on a quarterly basis upon business requirements and HC plan under supervision of Senior HR manager and verify cost bridge vs. last version and vs. actual data, issuing relevant reports
·  Provide other supplementary staff cost data which are requested by FP&A Partner or maison HQ.
·  Proceed regular Salary benchmarking & Job leveling processes and get alignment within F&A maisons 

 

Key responsibility 3   Taking HR Operations and HR data management

 

·  Coordinate with payroll and retail team to ensure precise payroll operations (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates’s compensation, special payments, etc.) for assigned maisons (Chloe & Delvaux for now but is subject to change upon business circumstances)
·  Follow up the list of Richemont Long Service Awardee and relevant process to reward 
·  Check and file all employment documents in accordance with policies
·  Responsible for maintaining and updating master file for personnel data
·  Proceed on/offboarding process accordingly including collecting new comer packages and resignation packages
·  Support resignation process with annual leave settlement and make sure compensation by aligning with payroll team and HR Ops
·  Closely work with HR Ops to update personnel or organizational changes in SAP with on/off-boarding & transfer/promotion in time
·  Update and maintain monthly reports such as office organization charts in line with personnel changes
·  Monitor and track for Annual leave /Special leave/Maternity leave/Childcare leave/Compensation leave and closely work with line manager to align any change of personal status

 

Key responsibility 4  Support for talent development journey

 

·  Coordinate staff to take learning & development training for statutory sessions and upon individual needs.
·  Support and facilitating Career Committee meeting and follow-up relevant process
·  Identify/collect learning and development needs in the organization and define precisely the needs with business team leaders and Senior HR manager
·  Propose a direction on an annual learning and development plan for the organization, finding synergies in between departments, prioritizing training needs, accessing and optimizing budget
·  Help line manager to manage and care for their team with defined development & coaching plan
·  Take initiatives for internal mobility process, provide insightful advice to line manager if any and align with maison HQ and maison HR

 

 

Key responsibility 5  Support on HR Projects

·  Support HR Projects if any

 

The responsibilities and duties described above are not limited to be a comprehensive list. This role may evolve and basically HR business partner may be required to perform other related duties as assigned upon designated business needs & organizational change and change of environment

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

·  Bachelor’s degree
·  At least 7+ years of solid experience in HR Field
·  At least 1+ years of experience, preferably in an HRBP
·  A minimum of 1 full year of experience in P-cost management
·  Solid understanding of labor law and HR compliance
·  Highly preferred experiences from Fashion and luxury industry 
·  Must have recruiting experience (hiring on Boutique staff preferred) 
·  Analytic thinking / Interpersonal skill / Energetic
·  Relationship building & Influencing skills
·  Team player
·  Business acumen
·  Problem-solving abilities 
·  Business-level English proficiency
·  SAP experience preferred
·  MS Office (especially ‘excel’) skills are required

 

 

Other information

·  Majorly take over HR Business partnering for Chloe & Delvaux for now
·  Subject to change major maison to partner
·  Requires cross-maison support (within F&A Division) upon case and for HR Projects
