JOB TITLE Facility Assistant
REPORTING TO BOS Assistant Manager
LOCATION Seoul, Korea
MAIN PURPOSE
This role is part of the Buildings & Office Services team, which oversees all operational maintenance aspects of office environment and supports BOS Assistant managers with project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for the maintenance of Office environment.
· Proactively communicate with vendors and team members to ensure effective collaboration and workflow
· Responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and soft services to create a pleasant work environment.
· Manage work orders to ensure all requests for facility maintenance are completed on time.
· Manage vendors to optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness
· Support team manager for office project(Restack, Environmental change, Expansion)
· Support hospitality work with BOS Administrator and Receptionists.
· Manage and work with cleaning lady’s vendor
QUALIFICATIONS
· At least 1-2 year of experience in a similar customer-facing administrative role
· Advanced computer skills, particularly with the MS-Office applications
· Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korea languages
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
· Ability to work independently and under pressure
· Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and attention to detail
· Good team player with a positive attitude
