HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

MAIN PURPOSE
Proceed inbound and outbound orders of Distribution Center, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing, and shipment coordination. This role focuses on order accuracy, collaboration with SCM and warehouse teams, and process optimization through data-driven insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Back-office administration team is mainly responsible to : 
•    Manage registration
•    Manage estimates and perform cost estimation
•    Manage final control and invoicing

 

Main tasks of the job holder of the position are:
•    Registration of incoming repairs from wholesales and private customers
•    Recording watch products condition with recording tool
•    Check service orders for platform repairs after product diagnosis
•    Perform Estimates or Start Intervention Explanation Letter to inform customers
•    Perform the monitoring (physical and system) of the repairs in admin steps; track anomalies
•    Execute regular repair inventory and track anomalies

 
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 
QUALIFICATIONS


•    University degree or above
•    Business English (verbal and written)
•    At least 2 years of experience in administration preferred
•    ERP experience (SAP) is preferred
•    Proven ability to manage highly organized or detail-oriented jobs
•    Self-driven and proactive minded
