RETAIL OPERATIONS INTERN – 6 MONTHS INTERNSHIP – GENEVA

A unique experience is waiting for you in Jaeger-LeCoultre, we are looking for our next super Interns! 

How long, when and with whom?  

According to your affinity, you will join our departments for: 

6 MONTHS INTERNSHIPS starting in AUGUST in GENEVA, SWITZERLAND. 

Our Retail teams are looking forward to welcoming you.  

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?  

 

Support the daily operations of our Retail network and omnichannel flows 

  • Respond to stock availability requests coming from our Sales Ambassadors. 

  • Manage a portfolio of orders: Provide lead times, track payments, release/cancel orders, etc. 

  • Own necessary stock transfers. 

  • Leverage and report from weekly operations meeting of Richemont to ensure seamless collaboration with our stakeholders (Warehouse, Transport Team, Operations, Business Development, Anti-Fraud, etc.) and ignite new opportunities. 

  • Report dysfunctionalities and bugs to the Digital / IT teams. 

 

Support Maison standards and guidelines 

  • Broadcast commercial & marketing guidelines. 

  • Follow up the respect of compliance in the various processes. 

  • Contribute to Retail simplification and continuous improvement. 

  • Maintain the Guidelines database updated 

 

WHAT ABOUT YOU ? 

 

  • You are looking for an internship as part of your studies (Master/bachelor's degree in business) and you have a strong interest in the luxury industry. International exposure and a first experience in sales will be a plus. 

  • You are fluent in French and English including excellent writing skills in both languages, and you have knowledge of SAP and Excel. 

  • You are known for your curiosity, your organizational skills, you are solution-oriented and a team player.
