Are you a good match?
You have proven experience in Retail Operations and Client Service , strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills. You are detail oriented and have a high standard of after sale service. You master English, and other Asian language(s) would be a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Retail Operations
· Support boutique administrative tasks. and identify area of improvement
· With Retail Operations Manager, work on deployment of new projects, and refinement of existing projects
· Monitor and communicate boutiques budgets
· Work to educate, promote and analyse inventory within the boutique
Client Services
· Support the rollout of new Client Service projects to the network
· Case Management
· Share and build Client Services best practice and knowledge
Traffic Counting
· Work with Regional and Head Quartar partners to analyse results and share feedback.
· Reporting on trends across all boutiques and the market.
