MISSION

 

Seeking a highly sociable individual looking to gain hands-on retail experience and high-jewellery exposure. During your internship at our Cartier ION Flagship Boutique, you will be a vital team member, working on multi-disciplinary projects in a highly collaborative environment to continuously elevate our Maison luxury retail experience.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

CLIENT EXPERIENCE

1.       Assist High-end Sales team for VIP experiences and appointments: 

a.       Prepare VIP necessary bookings for Boutique or High-Jewellery events.

b.       Facilitate private viewing preparation.

c.        Update and follow-up our High-End systems/app and reports.

2.       Support In-Boutique Client relationship activities:

a.       CRM Gifts ordering, follow-up, registration/delivery and feedback.

b.       In Boutique activation support.

c.        Regularly follow-up with the team on clienteling occasion completion.

3.       Assist In-Boutique quick services execution & registration

 

INTERNAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

1.       Support back-office operations & Boutique Management teams with necessary administrative task

a.       Prepare Boutique Meetings and gatherings with presentations & reports

b.       Participate in placing Boutique non-sellable orders

c.        Support and participate in monthly Boutique claims process

2.       Responsible of Continuous improvement follow-up :

a.       Update Boutique team on the new improvements available for implementation

b.       Responsible to share Boutique best practices with corporate office

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

§  Good communication and presentation skills

§  Availability to work retail hours

§  Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software

§  Creative, curious, proactive, and resourceful

§  Organized and meticulous attention to details.

§  A positive attitude, with desire to dive into retail environment.

§  Team player with strong collaborative spirit

§  Highly motivated, ability to multi-task projects concurrently
