Job description

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

 

Roll-out (40%):

·  Support the roll-out from installation to full integration, ensuring smooth execution
·  Update and maintain project monitoring reports
·  Coordinate boutiques integration releases
·  Define the zones within the boutique, to capture additional data on in-store behaviour
·  Support the business-as-usual project rollout, from identifying the rollout plan to participating in the governance
·  Provide hypercare support for boutiques post integration
·  Analyse and track boutique specificities, providing recommendations and guidelines on boutique staff behaviour  

 

Monitoring, Data & Operational Support (60%):

·  Create and maintain user guides, training materials with upcoming Phases B & C, China & BLE technology
·  Webinars deck and change management support to reinforce confidence in data accuracy of the solution
·  Conduct audits to assess data accuracy, follow up on adjustments, validate data, and provide reassurance to the Maison
·  Assist with Maison specific requests during one-to-one meetings
·  Monitor data correction processes in all systems, coordinating with all relevant stakeholders
·  Monitor and address data duplication issues, ensuring necessary updates from the Maison
·  Update boutique opening hours in alignment with operational needs
·  Implement regular surveys to ensure adoption of the solution

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 

 

·  Academic Background: you are a Bachelor or Master student from an Engineering/Business school looking for an internship in Digital solutions
·  Analytical Mindset: you possess a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
·  Technical skills: project management, change management
·  Organizational skills: you are organized, detail-oriented and can prioritize tasks effectively
·  Communication & collaboration: you excel at communication and collaboration, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and seniorities and are persuasive
·  Language fluency:  you are fluent in English, written and spoken, French would be a plus
·  Office suite proficiency: you are comfortable working with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc…)
·  Internship agreement with your school/universtiy mandatory
·  Available for a 6-month internship with starting date 01.04.2025
