As the Regional Operations Specialist,your main mission is to enable our network sales growth through exceptional customer service, to enhance operational excellence, and to optimize flows and maximize inventory availability.
In this role, you will be the front line to our partners and boutiques who operate in more than 26 cross-border countries with a turnover portfolio of more than 1 billion EUR of all Cartier products categories.
Exceptional Customer Service
- Represent Cartier Operations through excellent communication and collaboration with partners.
- Being the main contact for every matter related to stock availability, replenishment, returns and stock movements.
- Respond to boutiques and partner’s inquiries within the respected 48H KPI.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure the best delivery lead times of orders in collaboration with HQ, Warehouse, Finance, and many departments…
- Monitor shipment schedules, raise any risk and work closely with HQ for Leadtime optimization.
- Ensure that novelties are dispatched on a timely matter and as per the launch plan.
- Ensure reliability of the replenishment systems (proper integration of orders for Invoicing).
- Close collaboration with SAP key user to follow on the solution of the incidents raised.
- Challenge the operational status quote for process optimization.
Efficient Sales Administration
- Execute invoicing strategies, rebalancing and returns operations on a timely and accurate matter.
- Manage the claims for short pack/overpack or serial number discrepancy.
- Ensure accuracy of end-to-end operations (SAP related: Delivery blocks, priorities of orders, GI dates…).
- Monitor and manage the back-orders portfolio on a regular basis.
- Be a Key User of our internal systems and train existing end users & new joiners.
Stock Oversight
- Understand products situation and communicate with the partners about critical shortages and stock updates.
- Alert the managers, partners, commercial and Supply on any critical shortages and specific requests from the boutiques and partners.
- Monitor the sell through of firm orders and raise alert.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You hold a BA’s degree in Business or industrial engineering
- You have prior SAP experience and knowledge
- You have good knowledge of Office (Particularly Excel) and comfortable using different and new IT tools
- You are a real team player, highly organized and rigorous
- You are action and results-oriented
- You have great communication skills and are fluent in English
- You are pragmatic and agile when faced with change or ad hoc requests.
