MAIN PURPOSE

Responsible for product marketing & merchandising related issue:
• Ensure that stores are stocked with the right types and quantities of products.
• Display, arrange, price, and rotate products in store.
• Monitor store inventory based on sales and intake.
• Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable lines and bestsellers.
• Coordinate with supply chain of regional office and HQ for product support to sustain sales needs.
• Work with superior to exercise sales forecast with strong alignment of brand & sales strategy.
• Facilitate product & training information to the team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibility 1

Merchandising
In charge of all Merchandising related issue for the finished product & accessories.
• Orders / Delivery
1. Main contact with Regional, HQ, and local logistic for import/ export issue.
2. Place all orders for Watch / Jew / Acc: Daily and Monthly Order collaboration; EDI orders; Indent/Inquiry; special orders.
3. Delivery follow-up. Inform BTQs of upcoming indent deliveries & delays.
4. Product allocations : Ensure allocation in-line with sales forecast, stock & needs between both networks (especially Novelties & quota refs)
5. Tracking of “best seller” needs & deliveries.
6. CASS & Logistics Issues: Damaged products / boxes, etc: Report, track, return
• Stock Management
1. Monitor & analyze central & BTQ stock levels. (Monthly report)
a. Report re-balance needs to Retail
b. Identify over-stock/slow movers/levels of discontinued refs
2. Monitor stock levels of new product launches & Discontinued
3. Btq. Assortment definition
4. Ensure Btq. Assortment & Typology are respected
5. Monitor Model Stock. Modify if necessary
6. Stock Return: Discontinued & request from Regional/ HQ.
7. Optimize product assortment and stock proposition.

Pricing
• Act as major contact window with HQ for pricing issues to prepare for local adaption.
• Monitor price positioning and fluctuation on exchange rate to anticipate business impact.
• Investigate contradiction in price by references whenever there is new price update.

Product Marketing
• Provide updated product information and visuals to fulfill sales needs.
• Transmit insights from product news and launch guidelines to sales team.
• Work with superior & sales team to exercise sales forecast with strong alignment of brand & sales strategy.
• Product training & coaching: Coordinate with regional trainer to conduction local training & provide training information.
• Support activations & product list/information coordination
• Charity & private family sales execution
• Supervise on Visual merchandising and sales PLV tools
