    KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES     

•    Administrative support to team, including incoming Customer Service call enquiries and office administration
•    Handling repair cases, collecting watches and processing logistics for repair center
•    Process purchase order of suppliers and monitor payment status to vendors for the brand
•    Support on generation of regular reports
•    Data input on HK/Macau monthly sales figures and compile sales report to MD and Sales Manager
•    Assist Marketing manager in preparation of monthly sales analysis report and issue PO for both Hong Kong and China
•    Assist in all special/ad hoc tasks as delegated by Managing Director

•    Part-time basis; 5 days work week, 5 hours per day
