KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibility 1 – Retail Merchandising operations
· Manage the inventory fulfillment for full price / outlet boutiques
· Circulate inventories between boutiques to put in right places
· React on inquiries related to WA accessories from retail boutiques
· Track sales record in case of customer deposits from retail boutiques
· Make relevant reports; Daily stock list, Weekly sales report, Product assortment & MDS (Model Stock) fulfilment report, Sales & stock report so on.
· Monitor stock transfer between retail boutiques on a daily basis and figure out the reason per a transaction
Key responsibility 2 – POSM / PLV management
· Supervise POSM / PLV order management while monitoring inventory level
· Make sure on time deliveries through proactive communication with HQ
· Coordinate allocation and distribution available pieces to all networks; Retail, Wholesale, Ecommerce and Marketing
Key responsibility 3 – Material master management
· Maintain product master data in relevant systems
· Reconcile mis-match batch/serial numbers
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Min. 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising preferred
SKILLS:
· Fluent in English with excellent MS Office skill
· Experience with ERP system, SAP is required
· Team player with communication skills
· Dynamic and proactive personality
· Strong numeric sense and great attention to details
