Merchandising Executive

REPORTING TO:
Merchandising & Supply Chain Manager
MAIN PURPOSE
This role will also support Merchandising & Supply Chain Manager to manage China stock healthy and effectively, in order to maximize the sales performance with limited stock. This position will integrate to the High-Value product stock management, She/He is in charge of daily flows operations while optimizing the commercial potential of the High-Value product of central consignment stock.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibility 1 -- Supply Chain Management
· Draft the required document for products importation
· Place the order in SAP for importation according to the local strategy
· Track the stock location and maximize the visibility on our network including sales opportunity and more PR exposure.
· Animate the consignment renewal process by following-up the expiry date and coordinating with next destination to ensure the deadline are met
· Monitor the conversion of consignment to own stock after sales
· Launch permanent importation announcement after taking deposit
· Order the mapping boxes for High value pieces after each Sale
· Work with planner to monitor inventory level on repetitive high value product by timely
Key Responsibility 2 -- Firm orders management
· Supervise timely feedback from the HQ and Logistic team to commercial enquiries & ensure a proper tracking until completion
· Track our client firm orders and ensure a proper follow-up for all logistic activities to meet the deadline of Client
· Coordinate with Regional and Headquarter team to feedback commercial about latest update
Key Responsibility 3 -- Support Commercial team in daily operation
· Organize each client submission request as best as possible and help to provide the best lead time.
· Arrange product transfer and transportation arrangement between boutiques, if special arrangement is required ensure the smooth operations
Key Responsibility 4 -- Repairs management & Return to HQ
· Coordinate for repairs / sticker tracking
· Follow-up for repairs and communicate proactively to sustain the commercial relationship with Clients
· Coordinate for returns or export to HQ
Key Responsibility 5 -- Master data management ,Engraving ,Certificates, Labeling management
· Provide engraving & certificates information to logistic team
· Track with boutique to make sure engraved SN is same with customs application data
· Labeling management for temporary importation plus and conversion of permanent import
Key Responsibility 6 -- Event planning
· Take part in the planning organization
· Get all the related information required for importation ready in a timely manner
· Update shipments information’s
· Follow the delivery schedule and transportation arrangement to the venue
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 2-3 year working experience in Supply Chain related functions with handling of downstream stock management. demand planning experience and supply Chain experience as a plus.
· Self-motivated, quick learner, positive attitude, ability to plan and prioritize and able to work under pressure
· Detail and customer oriented
· Good communication and collaboration with cross-functions
· Strong ability to lead cross functional teams
· Good command of both written and spoken English
· Computer literacy and excellent in Excel.
· SAP knowledge a plus
