Main Responsibilities:

·  To attract and engage with dunhill customers, as well as developing the existing customer base
·  To support in the running of the day to day business by providing a high level of customer service and maximising store sales and KPI’s.
·  To set and maintain high standards within the store with the customer always being the main focus.
·  To exceed the expectations of all customers by providing an exceptional service at all times. 
·  To assist the Management team in the day to day tasks that involve the correct running of the business.
·  To ensure that all branch systems and procedures are followed accurately.
·  To ensure all forms and procedures are used correctly and follow through completion.
·  To deal with complaints effectively and efficiently in line with company policy and to surprise the customer by exceeding their expectation.

 

Ideal Candidate;

·  Fluent in Mandarin & English
·  Retail experience, ideally in the luxury sector and in Menswear
·  Passionate about fashion and Menswear
·  Sales and target driven
·  Strong clientelling and CRM skills
·  Excellent customer service and great communication skills
·  Proactive and with a can do attitude
·  Positive and willing to expand his/her knowledge
