1) Summary of Position


Mainly incharge of merchandising and supply chain management to boost sales by allocating adequate stocks to each retail and WS channelfor IWC inKorea



2) Activities:


Stock Management:

·  Ensure the implementation of stock assortment at all POS.
·  Daily monitor stock situation in market and active action needed
·  BTQ Stock allocation ( Transfer / High complications rotations)
·  Preparation of stock proposal to Wholesale
·  Own stock condition maintenance (Repair Quality Control)
·  Weekly stock / Special request and return with HQ supply team
·  Cross-functional coordination of supply related activities including sales forecast validation, sales planning




Operational and Supply chain process Management:

·  Manage stock requisition, LGSM, and consignment products & Outstanding deposits
·  Follow up logistics issues ( DN/ Return )
·  APAC NSI product maintenance in KR NSI
·  Watches / Accessories order to HQ
·  Manage Price / Product information update in system
·  Carnet (Novelties, High complication) manage
·  Conditioning material





Reporting :

·  Ensure the delivery file is always up-to-date
·  Report to IWC Schaffhausen for Quality issue
·  Create and follow up stock status report on monthly basis




·  Share Up to date product information with team
·  Product Training



Assist the Wholesale Manager in the Implementation of Key Objectives

·  Wholesale operation Back up
·  SIHH Order
·  update relevant sales report


3) Key objectives:

·  Implement and improve stock operation excellence so that make sure all boutiques & POS are maintaining high level of sales environment in driving performance
·  Manage and analyze sales team needs on retail and wholesale sales and performance as documentary & systematic approach with sales team members
