POSITION TITLE:                     MEDIA & EVENTS ASSISTANT MANAGER/ SUPERVISOR

LOCATION:                               KOREA

 

 

 

 

1) Summary of Position

In charge of all media & events activities for IWC inKoreawith aim to maximize brand exposure/visibility, and offer ultimate brand experience to establish brand’s leadership as the indisputable reference in luxury.

 

 

2) Activities:

Media:

·  Establish media strategy to build strong awareness and desirability.
·  Plan and execute media activities including TV, print, OOH, digital, etc.
·  Optimize media mix in order to maximize exposure and pursue qualitative execution and reach the targeted audience.
·  Analyze and report monthly media results and set action plan.
·  Maintain permanent and close contact with all relevant media (lifestyle, business, trade) to maximize exposure and seize opportunities.
·  Work closely with media agency / targeted media on media planning and execution.
·  Work with qualified outside party for localized creative advertising work.
·  Actively communicate with HQ for execution approval.

 

Events:

·  Search needs and trends that can attract existing and potential customers.
·  Plan and execute events in order to deliver the ultimate experience and ensure brand image is enhanced and ROI delivered.
·  Analyze and report event results and set action plan.

 

Others:

·  Manage media & events budget and optimize allocation to maximize brand exposure to the core target.
·  Actively share internal/external communication issues and suggest solutions.
·  Analyze and report media/event trends and competitors' activities in order to benchmark best practices.

 

Internal Communication:

·  Keep close contact with relevant departments at Headquarters.
·  Coordinate activities & exchange of best practices.
·  Exchange information on product launch & performance.
·  Work closely with PR team in order to create synergy in brand visibility.
·  Work together with Sales department and ensure proper support to each POS for visibility.

 

Special Projects:

·  Oversee dedicated agencies for special activities & projects in relation with brand’s interest & activities.
·  CSR activities and sponsorships.
·  Marketing & Sales Seminars.
·  Watches & Wonders.
·  Brand awareness projects (MBA Case Studies, Celebrity collaboration, Strategic partnerships, etc.)

 

 

3) Key objectives:

·  Develop media & events strategy with overall brand’s strategy.
·  Maximize brand awareness and uplift brand image.
·  Efficiently manage budget.
·  Optimize communication flow between other departments.

·  Reports toIWC Korea Marketing Director.
·  Work closely with: Sales Team, Richemont Korea, and IWC Schaffhausen.
