Job description
We are looking for a Client Marketing Platform Intern to join our team in Meyrin, Geneva.
In this role, you will contribute to the maintenance and the development of our Client Marketing Platform Program, encompassing a unique stack of technical solutions dedicated to creating highly personalized interactions with the clients and the prospects of the Maison Cartier.
A key focus of the mission will be on client centricity and operational efficiency in a cutting edge technical environment. The Client Marketing Platform Program governs Salesforce, Google, Sprinklr and other technologies to bring a consistent client experience thanks to qualitative data, meaningful interactions and advanced performance technologies.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, Regional CRM managers, and central functions at Brand and Group level to implement innovative processes, tools, and best practices.
You will report to and assist the Client Marketing Platform Program Manager in their daily tasks: coordinating all the business owners’ roadmaps of the Client Marketing Platform solutions, ensuring the consistency of the overall Client Marketing Platform towards continuous maximization of customer engagement and implementing the business ownership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud within the Client Marketing Platform environment
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
1. Contribute to the run of the Client Marketing Platform Program
· Support the International Client Marketing Platform Program Manager in the design of the overall roadmap of the platform
· Design, enhance and maintain the documentation of the Program ensuring a consistent and comprehensive technical and business view of the different tools of the program, roadmap and adoption material
· Ensure that all innovation and development requests are contributing to the ultimate goal of personalized customer engagement
· Monitor on a daily basis the performance and the business impact of the Platform on the Maison and its clients
2. Coordinate Client Marketing Platform Business owners and drive transversal projects
· Collaborate with the business owners of the Client Marketing Platform solutions (customer 360 view, clienteling, Satisfaction barometer platform etc…) to elaborate and follow up on their roadmap, support in the development of the solutions
· Coordinate the incident management process and monitoring as well as the impact on customer experience
· Lead, in collaboration with the business owner, some cross functional projects ensuring the definition of the business objectives, impact assessment and delivery schedule
· Animate the business owner community
3. Support Business Ownership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud as a Business Analyst
· Define the business requirements and refine the use cases based on business needs
· Onboard cross functional stakeholders on the project
· Connect with key users and the Product Owner to agree and document detailed design and acceptance criteria for both functional and non-functional requirements and project deliverables
· Ensure the delivery of the prioritized user stories: Focus on time and resources allocated to each story
· Oversee the creation of the documentation for new features and ensure the maintenance of the existing material, for the end users
· Support the product owner in conducting training for the end users of the solution
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support to the Client Marketing Platform Program Manager
· Daily animation of the business owners community
· Incident monitoring and ticket follow up
· Cross functional project management
· Translate business requirements into technical stories for Marketing Automation technical stack
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
· Higher University Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
· Expertise in tools such as Salesforce, Sprinklr, or similar platforms is a plus
· Tech-savvy profile: Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders and to be the bridge in between to the two sides
· Excellent English communication and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with culturally diverse teams.
· Experience in project management and Agile frameworks, leveraging on the Atlassian suit such as JIRA or Confluence.
