YOUR ROLE

You will act as a trusted partner to HR stakeholders, you will contribute to the smooth execution of core HR operations while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality and service.

 Reporting to the HR Director, you will interact with a wide range of stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, managers and center of expertise. You will be essential in maintaining data quality, supporting decision-making and continuously improving HR processes in our Maison.

PLAYING YOUR PART

You will:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment with precision and discretion, ensuring high-quality candidate experience and flawless data management in Workday.
  • Contribute to talent and career cycles, ensuring reliable data to support informed people decisions
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of time and absence data, supporting managers and maintaining key indicators.
  • Manage HR administration with rigor, ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and service excellence.
  • Support L&D activities and the deployment of the Workday L&D module.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

Success in this role will require:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an operational HR role, preferably in a structured or international environment.
  • Proven experience with an HRIS, with mandatory expertise in Workday.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders (HRBPs, managers, TA team).
  • Role with strong operational and systems exposure, particularly on Workday.
  • Thrive in a global team environment, demonstrating adaptability, reliability, proactivity, and autonomy.
  • Fluent in French and English, with additional language skills highly valued.
