Cartier is seeking expressions of interested from individuals who may be interested in a Boutique Assistant role supporting our Melbourne Boutique.

To be eligible for consideration for this opportunity you must already hold work rights for Australia. Unfortunately this role is not eligible for work rights sponsorship.

Job mission

As a Boutique Assistant, you will be responsible for the welcoming of our clients, ensuring that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner. You will also assist our Sales Associates during a sale and participate in daily boutique operations.

 

Main accountabilities

 

1. Client Welcoming & Waiting Time Management

·  Provide an exceptional client experience including welcoming clients to the boutique.
·  Usher clients to seats or salons when possible and offers drinks, reading, etc.
·  Informs clients about the approximate waiting time and ensures that the client is served by the first available Sales Associate, etc.

2. Sales Assistance

·  Brings and returns pieces for the Sales Associates
·  Discreetly assists the Sales Associate with various tasks during a sale
·  Coordinates between Sales Associates and Stock Executive/Boutique Accountant/ Voituriers, etc.
·  Gift wrapping
·  Orders taxis or mode of transportation
·  Accompanies the clients to the door upon departure
·  Assists with Care Service duties (bringing pieces, etc.) without handling with payments

 

3. Daily Boutique Operations

·  Respects all group, Maison and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines
·  Participate in inventories & price labelling
·  Participate in the opening set up and closing of the boutique
·  Assist with the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
·  Orders boutique facilities (bags, drinks, edition material, office facilities, etc.)
·  Ensures that the boutique, windows, counters,etc. are in  perfect condition

 

Ideal Candidate will possess:

·  Excellent Presentation and Customer Service Skills
·  Good Communication Skills
·  Proactive and takes initiative with the ability to work autonomously
·  Adaptable
·  Flexibility to work on a 7 day rotating roster
