Customer Service Administrator - Richemont | Fort Worth, TX
Role Overview
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for the overall registration of time pieces, jewelry, and premium accessories at the Richemont Technical Center. These tasks include but are not limited to registering products, taking photographs, working closely with diagnosticians and providing a cost estimate for the repairs coming back from Manufactures. This position will report directly to the Cost Estimate Center supervisor.
Responsibilities
Register products arriving for service in SAP based on business procedures by brand, financial structure and by customer type and equipment.
Input the customer request and product conditions (based on aesthetic check).
Take photographs of inbound products to ensure accurate representation of product conditions before repair.
Ensure brand policies are correctly followed when creating the cost estimates to ensure accurate pricing based on Maison guidelines.
Ensure that the factory cost estimate reflects the customer’s request and that an explanation is provided when a different service and/or spare parts are proposed that do not align with the customer request.
Qualifications
2+ years employment in a production based environment preferred
Previous SAP experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
