YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Intern to join our global team. She/He will play a key role in supporting the execution and optimization of global and local newsletters, coordinating with various stakeholders, assisting with Salesforce testing, and providing overall support to the digital marketing team.

PLAYING YOUR PART

Global Communication (50%)

  • You will coordinate the production of global newsletters in collaboration with the E-commerce Digital team, Campaign Factory, and local markets
  • You will manage translations and ensure consistent brand messaging across all regions
  • You will monitor campaign performance and provide regular analyses and insights

Local Digital Activation (30%)

  • You will assist in coordinating local newsletters with markets
  • You will ensure campaign alignment with local needs and brand strategy, as well as analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations

Salesforce Product Support & Testing (10%)

  • You will collaborate with your Manager and Richemont PO on the new platform features
  • You will support user acceptance testing and report bugs or improvements
  • You will ensure smooth roll-out of Salesforce updates to the team

Global CRM Team Support (10%)

  • You will provide ad-hoc support on various projects, and assist in preparing reports, presentations, and campaign follow-ups

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

Success in this role will require

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a specialization in Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • Strong interest in CRM, Digital Marketing, Retail and Luxury
  • Fluency in English and French  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally knowledge of CRM tools/Salesforce Service Cloud  
  • Analytical and organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
